What we will need from you
We will need the following documents and information from your:
Identity document of each existing and new director (including resigning directors)
Company Registration document
Limited Power of Attorney signed by all directors (existing, new and resigning) (We will supply this)
What's included in this service?
Applicable to companies that have less than 10 transactions during the financial year.
A dormant company is a company that is registered with the CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) that is not actively trading.
A company that is dormant must still file tax returns with SARS and annual returns with the CIPC
