What we will need from you
We will need the following documents and information from your:
Identity document of each existing and new director (including resigning directors)
Company Registration document
Limited Power of Attorney signed by all directors (existing, new and resigning) (We will supply this)
What's included in this service?
This service entails the review of the Annual Financial Statements (which were prepared by your accountant) in terms of ISRE2400 (Revised)
An Independent Review is a limited assurance engagement where the practitioner performs primarily inquiry and analytical procedures to obtain sufficient appropriate evidence as the basis for a conclusion on the financial statements as a whole, expressed in accordance with the requirements of ISRE 2400 (Revised). An Independent Review is performed by a practitioner who was not involved in the preparation of the financial statements.
Applicable only for companies with an annual turnover of less than R3 million per annum.
