We will need the following documents and information from your:
Identity document of each existing and new director (including resigning directors)
Company Registration document
Limited Power of Attorney signed by all directors (existing, new and resigning) (We will supply this)

The financial statements have the following components

- Report of the School Governing Body
- Practitioners (Accountants) report
- Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet)
- Statement of Comprehensive Income (Income Statement)
- Statement of Cash Flows
- Statement of Changes in Equity
- Note to the financial statements
Where the school is a primary school, a separate set of Grade R financial Statements will be included (included in the same price)
The following will also be included in the financial statements:
- Calculation of Deferred Income and related disclosure note
- Reconciliation of Conditional Grants
- Note breaking down Income
